Guidelines
Sponsoring or presenting groups must be legitimate, recognized local organizations. Groups sponsoring events are fully responsible for planning, set-up, and clean-up of all areas used in the event. Wayside Commons allows the use of its grounds, especially the central green and gazebo, for the use of the community free of charge. We will do our best to provide logistical support; however, Wayside Commons cannot provide additional staff or other resources. Neither Wayside Commons nor KeyPoint Partners is responsible for any costs incurred by the presenting group. All events, performances, exhibitions, special sales, etc. are subject to approval by management and ownership. We reserve the right to deny approval for events that we judge to be inappropriate for the setting, detrimental to or in competition with tenants, or logistically unfeasible. Special business events can be planned for employees or clients of local businesses, or employees of tenant companies of surrounding buildings and office/industrial parks, only with the approval and cooperation of Wayside Commons and KeyPoint Partners. For additional information, please view our Policies & Procedures information at http://www.keypointpartners.com/WaysideCommons/Policies.shtm, part of which is included below: Wayside Commons is a retail environment intended to encourage access and usage by the retail public; however, Wayside Commons is also a private property. Solicitation No soliciting of any kind is permitted. This includes passing out leaflets, selling goods or services in common areas, collecting donations, petitioning or any other activity that has not been approved in writing by the Management Office. Merchants may allow these activities as long as they are fully contained within your premises. Promotional Partnerships Wayside Commons will consider partnering with entities to raise funds and awareness for cause or for general promotion. If you would like to be considered for such a partnership, please contact the KeyPoint Partners management office. |
